CANCELLATION POLICY

-Cancellations more than 48 hours from your set appointment time will not be charged a fee and your deposit will be refunded in full. -Cancellations 24-48 hours before your set appointment time will be subject to 50% of the service(s) booked. -Cancellations less than 24 hours before your set appointment time will be subject to 75% of the service(s) booked. -No call/no shows will be subject to 100% of the service(s) booked. -If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be subject to 50% of the services booked and will have to reschedule. -If the client shows up with foreign enhancements and cannot provide product information for the current set, they will be asked to reschedule and the deposit will not be refunded. -If client fails to book accordingly, they may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to 50% of the service(s) booked. -If the client has a condition that does not allow service(s) to be safely performed, they will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to a $15 fee. I understand unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel. In this case, fees may be waived or a small fee may be charged to cover the cancelled appointment, but only with my approval.
