CANCELLATION POLICY

50% non-refundable deposit (transferable for ONE reschedule). Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 75% of the services booked. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you’re running later than that, we will have to reschedule and the deposit will be forfeited. The Nail Nook does not perform services over another tech’s work. The Nail Nook does not do foreign removals of acrylic, dip, or hard gel, but WILL remove foreign soft gels. If the client fails to book correctly, the deposit will be forfeited. If the client has a condition (open wound, injury, etc.) that does not allow the service to be performed safely, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and the deposit will go toward the rescheduled appointment. PLEASE READ all other policies when filling out forms before appointment. I understand unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel. In this case, please contact The Nail Nook.
